Do you want to assess your team’s allergen detection capabilities? Is your test appropriate for gluten detection? While it’s very possible to design a PT program in-house, using an accredited provider has advantages. The NSI Lab Solutions Food Chemistry Panels are used by food testing labs as a Proficiency Test to verify evaluation of Gluten concentration in fermented food products such as soy sauce and beer. Verified to work with various test technologies.
