Gluten in Food Product – Quantitative PT for Labs

The NSI Lab Solutions Food Chemistry Panels are used by food testing labs as a Proficiency Test to verify evaluation of Gluten concentration in food products, such as grain flour. Verified to work with various test technologies.

• Studies are conducted quarterly
• Sample is one 4-ounce jar containing 50 grams of powdered food matrix.
• Results are issued 3 weeks after study ends
