All products sold by Emport, LLC are non-returnable and non-refundable. In the event that your kit arrives damaged, please contact us. Given photographic evidence and at our discretion, we will happily send a replacement kit or issue credit for a future order. Emport, LLC cannot accept returns or offer credit based on customer ordering error, incorrect kit usage, or complaints not accompanied by data demonstrating the problem.
Any claims for missing or incorrect items within kits must be received within 5 days of receipt of package. Any claims for kits damaged in transit must be received within 2 days or receipt of package.
Orders ship within 2 business days. Default shipping is via UPS Ground, and flat rates are applied only to addresses in the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii? Call us at (866) 509 4482 to make arrangements. Emport requires a direct street address for shipping. We do not ship to Post Office boxes.

Damages and Claims
While we take the utmost care in packing and shipping your order, occasionally problems may arise. Please open all shipments upon receipt to ensure that everything is as it should be, and notify us of damage discrepancies within 48 hours of shipment arrival. When signing for a shipment, please inspect material for visible damage and either refuse or note that there was damage on the delivery receipt. Save all packaging material from damaged shipments as this may be needed for inspection once a claim is filed.
If you are a business or an individual with a shipping address in Pennsylvania or New York, we must charge state and county sales tax of 7% or 8.875%, respectively. Sales tax can only be waived prior to purchase, and only by providing a current certificate of tax-exemption at the time of purchase.
