The Gold Standard Diagnostics SENSISpec® ELISA is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) that may be used to detect and quantify the presence of allergenic material in foods and rinse water and on surfaces. This assay is a reliable test that can be performed manually or with the coordinating automated ELISA system. A few highlights:
- Range of Quantification: 0.4 – 10 ppm
- Incubation time: 60 minutes (20-20-20)
- 96 well kit also available in 48-well
- Store: between 2 – 8°C.
- Note: swabs for environmental samples sold separately
- Note: Additive for high-polyphenol matrices sold separately
The SENSISpec® ELISA kits represent a highly sensitive detection system suitable for simple and complex matrices. Analyte-specific claim support is available on request.

- 100 – 1000 μL micropipets
- Centrifuge tubes
- Volumetric flask
- Analytical balance accurate to 2 decimal places
- Mortar, mixer or vortexer
- Water bath
- Centrifuge
- ELISA reader (450 nm)
- Double distilled water

- Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), optional for matrices with polyphenols
- Disposable gloves
