Halloween: allergens can be nightmarish!

There’s lots to love about Halloween, but costumes might just be our favorite part. Halloween gives you license to assume any form, even the form of your most terrifying enemy: gluten!

There are so many ways to put together a gluten-free (but gluten-full!) Halloween costume, depending how much time you have or how crafty you are! We’ve collected a few of our favorite food-themed Halloween costumes from around the web, plenty of choices for you, your children, and even your pets.

Of course, this is just the beginning, there is a flood of ideas out there for creative costumes. And any of these cute costumes could be turned scary with the help of a little fake blood or some make-up “sutures” – gluten-zombie, anybody?

This is a particularly frightening costume, with it's toothsome grimace. Full instructions, along with a video of the costume in action, are available from Indy Mogul on Instructables.
